Mitsubishi Power (Philippines) Inc. .] is acknowledged as a leader in design and manufacturing of Power Boilers and Industrial Boilers in the Philippines. Mitsubishi Power (Philippines) Inc. is also the pioneer in offering boiler risk diagnosis services, such as Risk-Based Maintenance (RBM) in the Philippines which stems from its vision of offering clients a comprehensive service from design until maintenance services.

Founded in November 6, 1989, Mitsubishi Power (Philippines) Inc is a corporation formedbetween Mitsubishi Power Ltd. of Japan a world renowned boiler manufacturer, and Atlantic Gulf and Pacific Company of Manila, Inc. (AG&P), a heavy metal fabricator and power/industrial plant construction company with 96.57% and 3.53% investment ratio respectively. The plant and head office is located in Bauan, Batangas facing the Batangas Bay, a prime location well-traversed by domestic and international shipping routes. Occupying a total land area of 5.82 hectares (58,246 sq. meters), this Batangas facility is also accredited under the Philippine Economic Zone Authority (PEZA).

On February 1st, 2014, Mitsubishi Heavy Industries, Ltd. (MHI) merger with Hitachi, Ltd. (Hitachi), resulted in the creation of Mitsubishi Hitachi Power Systems, Ltd. (MHPS).

As the demand for after sales services continue to increase, on April 2019, MHPS (Philippines) Plant Services Corporation, now, MHI Power (Philippines) Plant Services Corporation was established to strengthen and meet the growing need of the domestic service business. MHI Power (Philippines) Plant Services Corporation is a subsidiary company of Mitsubishi Power (Philippines) Inc. The company aims to be the exclusive contracting arm of Mitsubishi Power to cater after sales service business in the Philippines and nearby Asian countries.

Last September 2020, amidst a very challenging time, Mitsubishi Heavy Industries have fully acquired ownership over Hitachi, thus, resulting to the creation of Mitsubishi ower Ltd. Consequently, our company has become a full conglomerate of the group and was named Mitsubishi Power (Philippines) Inc.

To further intensify our business expansion, we are boosting turbine and generator capabilities and continuously developing our maintenance capabilities through trainings and actual project execution with the assistance of Mitsubishi Power Nagasaki Works. This new venture of Mitsubishi Power (Philippines) Inc. is a manifestation that the company is up to the challenge of gaining new expertise to continuously enhance the range of services that it can provide.
